Its products are Paytm Mall, Paytm Payments Bank, Paytm Money, Gamepind, Paytm Smart Retail. Vijay Shekhar Sharma is the CEO and President, Ajay Shekhar Sharma is the Vice President of Paytm. In 2020, it has more than 350 million users, 13,000 employees, and 3 million offline merchants. In May 2019, Paytm partnered with Citibank to launch credit cards.
