Standard and Poor’s (S&P) is the majority shareholder in Credit Rating and Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), which is why it is also called Standard & Poor’s company. Its headquarters are in Mumbai, India. As of March 2020, Ashu Suyash is MD & CEO and Anurag Shukla is the CFO of the company.
