LDC Full Form
The full form of LDC is Lower Division Clerk. A Lower Division Clerk (LDC) is a clerical post in Indian Government offices. This post is considered as the first level of clerks in all different types of organization that is run by the government. After completing 3-5 years one can get promoted to Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and so on.
Eligibility Criteria for LDC Post
To take the LDC exam, a candidate must possess the following:
- Should have passed 12th class or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
- English typing speed @ 35 wpm on computer OR Hindi typing speed @ 30 wpm on computer per minute.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories.
