Optical Mouse (Laser Mouse): An optical mouse there is no moving part like a mechanical mouse. In optical mouse laser or light (light-emitting diodes) trace the surface through a photo imaging sensor (photodiode) to calculate the X and Y axis to move the pointer on the computer screen.

Gaming Mouse: Gaming mouse work like a regular mouse with some advanced features like PROGRAMMABLE BUTTONS, POLLING RATE/RESPONSE TIME, ACCELERATION.

Gyroscopic Mouse (Air Mouse): Air mouse does not depend on the surface to move the mouse cursor. In the air mouse, gyro sensor are inbuilt and it calculates accelerates to recognize the X and Y-axis movement.

3D Mouse: In the 3D mouse we can move the cursor in 3D X, Y, and Z-axis.
